One membership category only as the first stage.
- Awafi program will always remain a private property of AlRomansiah Co. Ltd. and you are only considered a member of that membership.
- The program membership is free and public.
- Membership cannot be transferred to another person and can only be used by you.
- You can cancel the membership by calling the call center 920000144 of AlRomansiah Co. Ltd.
- Member is allowed to sign up to one membership by his name only, and if found otherwise, AlRomansiah Co. Ltd. has the right to cancel all Awafi membership in that person’s name and the value of the points cannot be regained on all of the membership cards he has.

Earning Points:
- Upon purchase, the points will be deposited to your account when you show your Awafi membership number.
- All of earned points under this program will be valid for 90 days from the date of each purchase.
- All of unused points for 90 days from the date of the purchase will lose its validity and will not be available to regain its value.
- You can view your account details anytime at www.alromansiah.com or through AlRomansiah Company app.
- In case of modifying or restoring an order to another, the points will be counted on the last and approved bill.
- In case of canceling your order, the scored points on the same bill will be cancelled.
- It is not possible at any time to assemble your points balance with the points balance of any other member.
- AlRomansiah Co. Ltd. has the right to change some or all of the points earning equations without prior notice.
- Discounted items or items that have special oers for Awafi customers only, no earned money is added when purchasing and the oer is availed directly. You

- Calculation of points will be as follows: all your purchases of products from AlRomansiah restaurants worth 10 riyal equals 1 point.
- The member can benefit from the points as follows:
- 100 riyal*20%*(10) % = (the amount benefited from in Saudi riyal)
- The calculation of points in our branches in the kingdom of Bahrain as follows: all your purchases of products from AlRomansiah restaurants worth 10 dinar equals one point.
- 100 dinar*20%*(10) % = (the amount benefited from in Bahraini dianr)
Redeeming the Value of the Points:
- The members can redeem Awafi points accumulated in their accounts by visiting any of AlRomansiah branches or by calling Awafi members call center or through the app
- The members can choose between redeeming all or part of the earned points, according to the terms and conditions mentioned previously
- The members have to update their personal profile completely in our program in order to redeem their points value. And in case the member did not redeem all of his/her points, the points balance will remain in the member’s account and can be used in future purchases, during the allowed period of 90 days.
- In case of redeeming the points, the system will send a text message to the customer’s mobile phone containing a code which redeeming the points value can be done by
- Awafi membership can only be used in the issuing country. And the value of earned Awafi points can only be regained in the issuing country.
- Awafi points can be redeemed for any of Al Romansiah restaurant product and cannot be exchanged for money.
- The member can only redeem the value of the points with any product of AlRomansiah Co. Ltd.
- Awafi points cannot be used after redeeming its value.
- If the value of the purchases is more than the value of Awafi points, the remaining amount must be paid by the member by any valid payment method.
- All of earned points in the Awafi program will be deleted if they have passed over a period of 90 days from the date of each purchase
- By using your Awafi number in any of AlRomansiah branches to earn points you are automatically giving your consent on the program, terms and conditions subjected to modification from time to time.
- AlRomansiah Co. Ltd. has the right to withdraw or cancel any or all Awafi issued memberships and refuse to grant points and withdraw it, and refuse the right to retrieve the value of earned points without prior notice. And that’s as a result of any violation of these terms and conditions or non-payment of the purchased items.
- Your membership in the program can be withdrawn or rejected if you were a part of any forgery, robbery or deception with or without a reason and this withdrawal or refusal can be done without a notice. Also, the membership can be canceled if it turns out you were a part in any misuse of the Awafi program membership. If this takes place, all your existing points in your membership account will be considered canceled and you won’t be able to regain its value again.
- AlRomansiah Company has the right to modify or stop the program and change, cancel or withdraw any of the terms and conditions according to its assessment and without having to give any reason at any time
- AlRomansiah Co. Ltd. has the right to stop the membership in the program – current or new – for a temporary or a permanent period. And AlRomansiah Co. Ltd. will work hard to update this and add precise information on its website www.alromansiah.com or AlRomansiah Application about this change, addition, withdrawal or modification. It’s your responsibility to read those terms and conditions carefully and accept it
- The continuity of your membership means that you agree to commit to all of the applied from time-to-time terms and conditions. And in case you do not agree to any of the terms and conditions, we advise you to withdraw and cancel your membership
- Benefits and oers provided to you through the program can change or be withdrawn without prior notice about it. And AlRomansiah Co. Ltd. can’t aord any responsibility as a result of these procedures
- AlRomansiah Co. Ltd. has the right to modify the method of earning the points or return its value including the number of points earned and the value of these points
- You are responsible of informing Awafi members service center about any change in your address or the details of how to contact you and AlRomansiah Co. Ltd. will not be held responsible for any illegal usage or misuse of Awafi membership.
- When you sign up to Awafi program, you give your unconditional consent to AlRomansiah Co. Ltd. to collect, use and retain the existing information in the Awafi membership application form and your other personal information as well including and without confining; your email address, addresses, your contact numbers, your date of birth, details of your purchases and so on, and this is for the following purposes: a. To ensure the eciency of the program, the eligibility and exchange of the points value. b. To provide information about Awafi program. c. To develop / provide new products and services. d. For accounting and financial audit purposes. e. For marketing and consumer behavior researches and analysis purposes. f.For transparency purpose as it’s legally required. g. - AlRomansiah Co. Ltd. will not be held legally responsible for any loss or damage, either in a direct or indirect way as a result of cancellation or change in the program or any of the benefits or advantages available to members.
- AlRomansiah Company website www.alromansiah.com are considered final and obligatory and it invalidate these terms and conditions and other information provided here on the program.
- In case of a technical error in the system, and the loss of all or some of the customers data for any reason, AlRomansiah Co. Ltd. does not take any responsibility towards that. Note: in case the program was activated in branches outside the kingdom:
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the country that you issue the Awafi membership card in and any dispute can be referred to the courts of that country
Conditions of Redeeming Awafi Points Through the Website or the App:
- validity of customer balance from redeeming the points in the website or the app through the client’s wallet is 48 hours only, then it gets deleted without a notice to the customer
- In case of canceling a paid order through Awafi points, the amount cannot be added to the customer again.
- Awafi oer and redeeming of points does not include: - Companies’ customers. - Anyone that has discounts.
- The minimum number of points to redeem is 50 points and the maximum is 500 points per day

Your account is considered inactive if there are no purchases in the account for 90 days period, however, the available points in your current account remain for 12 Georgian calendar months period from the date of each purchase. If you are not able to activate your membership during this period, your points will expire, and to reactivate your account, use your membership in any of AlRomansiah restaurants branches.

Q1: How can I earn points?
To start earning points, simply give the employee your phone number and Awafi points will be recorded every time you order at any of Al Romansiah branches.
Q2: On which products can I earn Awafi points?
With Awafi, you can earn points on all of the products of AlRomansiah restaurants
Q3: How many points can I earn upon purchase?
The number of points you have earned depends on the amount of the purchase. You can find out in detail via the Awafi calculator.
Q4: Can I earn and redeem Awafi points across the dierent countries that deal with the program?
Awafi points can only be earned and redeemed in the country that issued the membership.
Q5: Can I earn points if I do not have the Awafi membership number or the number with me?
Yes, You can earn points without showing the membership card, by your phone number registered in Awafi program.
Q6: What is the dierence between basic points and bonus points?
Basic Points are the points you scored on daily purchases during purchasing on regular and promotional days. Bonus or additional points are the special points awarded to the member during a promotional campaign, for example: " Getting 100 points during the month of August".
Q7: How much time it takes to get the points in my account?
Points will be in your account in at least 24 hours after making the purchase.
Q8: When can I use my points after purchase?
Your points are activated after making the purchase and completing the registration information.

No, you can’t transfer your points to another member.

Q1: How can I use my points?
You can redeem your points by visiting any of AlRomansiah restaurants branches. Once you reach the payment place the receptionist will be able to inform you of the points available in your account. You can also choose to redeem your points (in case the purchase value is less than your available points), or pay part of the purchase (redeem your points in addition to paying the remaining amount through an accepted payment method), or to earn your points only upon purchase.
Q2: What do I need to redeem my points?
You need to provide the membership number to redeem your points, also provide the code sent to your mobile phone only in order to benefit and redeem your earned points.
