As part of its human resources and corporate social responsibility initiatives, Al-Romansiah Company has launched a cooperative training program aimed at university students from various disciplines, with a total of 45 students being trained and prepared for the job market.

This program is one of many initiatives designed to empower youth and equip them with the essential skills needed for today’s workforce. Through these efforts, we can collectively contribute to achieving Saudi Vision 2030 and participate in building a brighter future.

During the launch, the General Manager delivered a keynote speech emphasizing the importance of education as a lifelong journey that extends beyond graduation. He encouraged trainees to be ambitious and continually seek self-improvement through training courses, workshops, seminars, and the wealth of online learning opportunities available.
